Ryusui and Soyuz have found the petrified members of the Perseus underwater, including Kaseki. However, given their limited oxygen supply, they can't pull up Kaseki, who's buried in the sand.  Ryusui sends a Morse code message to up Senku and Gen, who correctly interpret it: Ryusui needs the revival fluid! Using his oxygen tank to create an air pocket, Ryusui applies the fluid to Taiju. With Taiju's help, the group is able to pull out Kaseki. The diving team surfaces, their master artisan in hand!

Now revived, Ryusui assesses the situation, aiming to revive Kaseki next. However, his statue, along with all of the others, are guarded by Mozu and Minister Ibara aboard the Perseus. Unable to hold their breath for long enough to swim underneath the ship, Senku and the science team set out to develop an oxygen tank.  Using parts from the mobile lab, the team completes the tanks and pump. After ten hours of pumping, the tanks are ready for use. The next day, Ryusui and Soyuz use the tanks to swim underneath the Perseus. Soyuz's exceptional memory helps them to find the broken statues lying in a nearby reef. All of the crew appear present, including Kaseki. With the master artisan found, it's time to strike back against the Petrification Kingdom! With the platinum acquired, Senku constructs a device to produce nitric acid, securing the ability to produce the depetrification formula. Elsewhere, Minister Ibara discovers the broken bottle, making the connection that there must be an intruder in the village.  Senku and the Science Team set out to revive Kaseki, but are unable to reach him before his petrified body is thrown overboard the Perseus. In order to ensure they can find the stone shards underwater, they switch their target to Ryusui, but his body taken by Ibara and Oarashi to weed out the intruder. In order to obtain Ryusui's body, Senku has Kohaku publicly break the statue into multiple pieces and transport them back to him via the Motor-powered Car. With Ryusui's body re-assembled, Senku revives him, the two setting their next goal towards reviving Kaseki.

Having broken open the concrete slab, Kohaku discovers the jar left by Byakuya. However, she accidentally breaks it, alerting the guards to her presence. Taking its contents, she flees the scene, and using the Motor-powered Car, she transports them to Senku and the Science Team. Senku quickly realizes the contents include significant amounts of platinum.  In the past, Byakuya set out to acquire and stockpile platinum in case Senku was ever revived. He continued this for decades, eventually dying during his search. With the acquisition of platinum, Senku sets off to produce nitric acid, the key component of the Stone Formula.

Dr. Stone Chapter 114

Kohaku deftly makes her way to the center of the Treasure Island village in search of the platinum left behind by Byakuya. However, she's unable to retrieve it as it's encased in concrete.  Senku devises a plan to break through the concrete silently. As Amaryllis and Ginro distract Oarashi, Kohaku bores holes into the concrete, filling them with the chemicals used to make plaster. Once combined and sealed, the plaster expands, breaking open the concrete.
